How It Works
- Service Request
- The Insta Contract supports the request of a single, direct service at a fixed price.
- Once a price is set in the contract, it cannot be changed. The service provider must either accept or reject the contract as-is.
- Price negotiations take place prior to contract creation, via any agreed communication method.
- Delivering Work
- The work submitted under this contract is final. No revisions or modifications are allowed after submission.
- Both parties are encouraged to communicate thoroughly before submission to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
- Fixed Price with Payment Protection
- Once the service provider submits the work, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
- Customers are advised to be fully confident in the agreed-upon terms before the work submission.
- Expert’s Right to Cancel
- The service provider (expert) may cancel the contract at any time.
- In the event of a cancellation by the service provider, the customer’s payment will be fully refunded.
- Dispute Resolution
- By entering into this contract, both parties agree to waive formal dispute resolution processes such as arbitration or litigation.
- All decisions and outcomes within the scope of this contract are considered final.
- License to Publish
- The service provider grants the customer an irrevocable license to publish the delivered work in any medium (online platforms, print media, promotional materials, etc.).
